For in-person appointment availability, please go to the "Appointments" tab in your app.

Eden requires a membership that is sponsored by your employer.

If your employer has purchased Eden for your family in addition to your own membership, your spouse and your dependents who are over 18 will also have access. For dependents under 18, please contact us in the app to see if it is provided.

Use the Eden app to ask questions such as:
